Cool Springs Nursery has made some changes from last year….Shipping is now included in the Greenery price.

Meaning, THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES!!

Our goals is to provide our customers with a SIMPLE way to MAKE MONEY!

We have a couple different options for our customers that they can adjust to fit their program. We understand that the best way to do it for one group isn’t going to work for another.

We do not provide a lot of sales materials for this reason but we help you in making them!

Plan your Fundraiser -Fundraiser Option

Option #1- “Cases of Ten”

We offer eight items that (with the exception of table top trees) are sold in cases of ten. Table tops are sold in cases of two. See price list for these items! There two main ways our customers use this option:

I) Pre-sell items and then order a sufficient number of cases to cover orders for each item. Please understand that we cannot “mix and match” cases. As a result, most groups end up with a few extra items. Typically these are either sold, given as “prizes” to top sellers, or donated.

II). Buy the items and sell them at either school or church events, or in public places

Minimum order of 5 cases per group

Option #2- Direct Ship

We offer three different wreaths that we will ship directly. Groups will sell these wreaths and simply fill out an address form for each item they sell. Then, after sending the money and addresses to us, they are done! We will ship the items directly to their customers. We do recommend that they collect the money up front as they will not be delivering the product!

Minimum order of 10 Direct Ship per group

Option #3-Selling Trees

Selling trees is much more involved but returns can be much greater. We treat these groups more as a wholesale customers. Our minimum order for delivery is 200 trees. Orders of 50 or more can be picked up from our shipping warehouse. In this case, we can provide greenery in bundles of five as they are not being mailed, but rather shipped with the trees. This option does require more work from the group but will provide the largest return.

Once your group had picked an option you will need to fill out the Sign up Form and return to Cool Springs Nursery. This does not commit you to doing the fundraiser, you can still back out if the program does not work for your group. This helps us keep in contact with you to assist you through out your fundraiser.

Please note that FINAL ORDERS must be in by OCTOBER 26, 2011. Cool Springs will send you a contract that will need to be signed and sent back with payment.
